John Moore, a Dover youth pastor and United Way of Delaware, will be speak about YHP at a Dover Town Hall meeting for youth. Moore will speak on YHP and hopes the youth there pass on the message to other youths. Young Health Program, or YHP, is a five-year initiative launched by Astra-Zeneca and United Way of Delaware earlier this year, and just now rolling out, aiming to help Delaware#213;s most vulnerable youth develop the skills they need to grow up healthy and successful. Their plan, a #210;movement,#211; is centered around 40 qualities and characteristics shown to be most telling of a young person#213;s chances at achieving positive outcomes, including success at school and avoiding drugs, alcohol and risky sexual behavior.br/JASON MINTO/Special to The News Journal
